Which season this list reflects
These are the 20 clubs of the 2025–26 season. Leeds United, Burnley and Sunderland came up from the Championship that summer, replacing Leicester City, Ipswich Town and Southampton, who went down after 2024–25.
Every season the bottom three are relegated and three clubs are promoted, so if you are reading this during a later season, swap those clubs in the box. An office or family draw without money
- Collect names: up to 20 people, one club each. With fewer people, some can hold two clubs; with more, run the draw in pairs.
- Turn on Remove the winner after each spin and spin once per person, in an order set by the random name picker.
- Write the results on a sheet on the fridge or the team channel. The Results tab keeps a timed list in case anyone disputes it.
- Award a homemade trophy or a choice of the next team lunch venue to whoever holds the champions in May. A wooden spoon for the club that finishes 20th keeps everyone watching to the end.
More ways to use it
- Career mode: spin your club in a football video game. Landing on a newly promoted side makes for the harder, more interesting save.
- Kickabout teams: at a kids’ soccer session, spin a club name for each bib color so the teams have something to cheer.
- Trivia: spin and name the club’s stadium, its nickname or the city it plays in.
Questions and answers
Why does it say AFC Bournemouth?
It is the club’s official name, though most people just say Bournemouth. Shorten any slice you like: “Brighton” and “Wolves” are common short forms too.
Can I run a money sweepstake with it?
The wheel is built for fun draws played for bragging rights or small treats. The spin is fair, but it is not a certified draw for anything regulated, so keep money out of it.
