Food wheels
Wheels for every “what are we eating?” moment, from breakfast to dessert. Each one is ready to spin, and you can swap in the dishes your household really eats.

How to build a food wheel that works
Start with what you would actually be happy to eat or cook this week, not every dish you like in theory. Eight to fifteen options is plenty; a longer wheel mostly lands on things someone vetoes. Cross off anything that needs an ingredient you don’t have or takes too long on a weeknight.
Agree the rules before you spin: is the result final, or does everyone get one veto? For allergies and diets, edit the list first instead of rerolling at the table. Keep a weeknight list and a weekend list under My wheels, and use weights like “Leftovers *3” to nudge the odds.
Questions and answers
Can I add my own restaurants or recipes?
Yes. Every wheel can be edited: clear the entries and type your own, one per line. Your changes stay on this device, and My wheels keeps named lists for next time.
Are there wheels for drinks?
Yes, a coffee drink wheel and a mocktail wheel. Every drink idea on KeenWheel is alcohol-free.
How do I plan a week of meals with a wheel?
Turn on “Remove the winner after each spin” and spin seven times. No dish comes up twice, and the Results tab lists the week in order.
