    How to play topping roulette

    1. Turn on Remove the winner after each spin so a topping cannot come up twice.
    2. Decide the number of spins: two for a simple pizza, three for an adventurous one. More than four tends to make a soggy pizza.
    3. Everyone agrees on one rule before spinning: either the result is final, or each person gets one swap.
    4. Order it or build it, then rate it. The best combos go into a saved wheel called “House pizzas” in My wheels.

    Homemade pizza night

Give each person a small dough ball and let them spin for their own toppings. Kids from about five can stretch dough and spread sauce with help. Keep the oven at its hottest setting, often around 250°C (480°F), and bake on a preheated tray or stone.

Wet toppings like fresh mushrooms, spinach and fresh tomatoes release water, so slice them thin and use a light hand. Arugula, basil and hot honey go on after baking.

    Make it yours

    • Vegetarian wheel: set the meats and anchovies to “*0” so the wheel skips them.
    • Allergy check: remove anything a guest cannot eat before the spins start, not after.
    • Sauce wheel: clear the list and type tomato, white garlic, pesto and barbecue for a first spin, then come back here for toppings.

    Questions and answers

Is pineapple really on the wheel?

It is. It is one of the most argued-about toppings, and the wheel is a good way to make someone try it once. If your table has strong feelings, give it “*0” and the wheel will skip it.

How many toppings should a pizza have?

Two or three is the sweet spot for most home ovens. More toppings mean more moisture and a pale, soft base, especially in the middle.

Can I share a combo with friends?

Yes. Edit the list to the toppings your group likes, then use Share link and send it to the chat. Everyone opens the same wheel.
