Workout wheels
Spin for your next exercise, set or session when your routine is getting stale. Each wheel suggests sensible volumes and explains how to build a balanced workout from the spins.

Training safely with a workout wheel
Warm up for five to ten minutes before your first spin, and set your rules first: how many spins, how many reps or seconds each, and how long to rest. Remove anything you can’t do safely, such as jumps on a sore knee, and replace it with a version you can. Stop if something hurts, as opposed to feeling hard.
Random is fun, but balance matters. Over a week, aim to cover legs, pushing, pulling and core, and follow a hard day with an easier one. The guidance here is general; if you have a health condition or are coming back from an injury, check with a doctor or physical therapist first.
Questions and answers
How many exercises should I spin for one workout?
Five or six exercises for 2–3 rounds makes a solid 20–30 minute session for most people. Beginners can start with one round and add more as it gets easier.
Are these wheels suitable for kids?
The kids’ exercise wheel is made for children, with playful moves and short times. The other wheels assume you already exercise; scale the reps down if you are starting out.
