Road trip rules

Before you leave, have each passenger delete one food they really do not want. That is their veto, used up.
When everyone is hungry, the passenger in the front seat spins. The driver keeps their eyes on the road.
Whatever lands is the next stop. If there is none for 30 miles, spin again with the closest options only.
On a long trip, use Remove after each meal so you get something different at every stop.

Turn it into your local list

Chains differ from town to town and country to country, so the wheel lists kinds of food rather than brands. To spin between actual places, clear the box and type the ones near you, one per line. Add a “New place” slice now and then so you try something you would never have picked.

If one place is closed on Mondays, give it “*0” for the day instead of deleting it.

Group lunch at work or school

Office lunch: paste the wheel’s Share link into the team chat at 11:30 and spin at noon on the shared screen.
Sports team after a game: the captain spins, and the coach can add weights for places with room for 15 people.
Who orders: after the food is picked, spin a list of names to decide who goes to the counter.

Why aren’t there restaurant names on the wheel?

Because the chains near you are not the chains near everyone else. Type your own favorite spots in and save the list in My wheels so it is ready on the next trip.

Use one veto per person per trip, agreed before the first spin. After that, the wheel’s answer stands. It keeps everyone honest and saves a lot of time at the exit.
