    Run a kindness challenge

    1. Pick a length: one week for a classroom, 30 days for a family or for yourself.
    2. Turn on Remove the winner after each spin so every day brings a new act.
    3. Spin each morning. Do the act before the day ends.
    4. At dinner or end of class, one sentence each: what you did and how the other person reacted.

The Results tab keeps every spin with its time, which is a simple record for a kindness journal or a class display.

    Tips for kids and classrooms

    • Stay safe: children do their kind acts with family, classmates and people they know, or with a grown-up nearby. “Help a neighbor” means a neighbor you know.
    • Make it visible: a paper chain where each link is one act done grows across the classroom wall.
    • Kindness at school: swap a few entries for school versions, like “Sit with someone new at lunch”, “Help clean up” or “Thank the cafeteria staff”.
    • No bragging rule: the best acts are the ones nobody knows you did. Give a point for each anonymous one.

    Make it yours

Add acts that fit your street, your office or your class. Remove the ones that do not apply (no neighbors with plants, no shared kitchen). Then share it with Share link so a whole family or team can do the same challenge.

    Questions and answers

Do any of these cost money?

No. Every idea on the wheel is free, though “Bake for a neighbor” uses what is in your kitchen. Kindness challenges work best when anyone can join in regardless of pocket money.

Is there a version focused on words?

Pair this with the compliment wheel for kind things to say, or the affirmation wheel for kind things to tell yourself.
