Self-care wheel
Twenty-four small things, most under 20 minutes. On a heavy day, deciding is the hard part, so let the wheel do that bit.

How to use it
Spin once. Whatever comes up, do the smallest version of it. A ten-minute walk can be five minutes to the end of the street. A chapter can be three pages. The point is to do something kind for yourself, not to finish a program.
If the result feels impossible today, press Spin again. No guilt. If it feels easy, do it and spin for a second one.
A few ideas, explained
- Slow breathing: breathe in through your nose for a count of four, out for a count of six, for two minutes. Sit or lie down.
- Write 3 good things: three small things that went fine today. A warm drink counts.
- Say no to one thing: pick one task or plan that can wait, and let it wait. Send the message if someone needs to know.
- Make a short to-do list: three items, not ten. Cross one off today.
- Tidy one surface: a desk, a bedside table, the kitchen counter. Clearing one small area often makes a whole room feel calmer.
Make it yours
Replace anything that does not help you with what does: a favorite podcast, ten minutes with the dog, a bike ride. Keep the list short and gentle. Save it in My wheels so it is there on the day you need it, without having to think.
Questions and answers
Is this a replacement for real support?
No. These are small everyday ideas, not treatment. If you have felt low for a long time, or you are struggling to cope, please talk to someone you trust, a doctor or a local support line.
Can I use this with a class or a team?
Yes, for a gentle check-in. Each person spins once at the end of the day and commits to doing their result before tomorrow. The affirmation wheel pairs well with it.
